To get support please log in to our support area and open a new support ticket. If you have questions about installing or setting up your product and you do not have an active support subscription please read the documentation and FAQ first. This solves 100% of the most common problems. Really! If this does not help we strongly recommend you to get a support package from the product page. Please understand that we are not able to provide any kind of free support no matter what kind of questions you have.
What kind of support do you offer?
Personal one-on-one support. No forum or stuff, we really help you! You start a support ticket and describe your problem. Maybe we ask you for screenshots, error codes or Dashboard access. Then we solve your problem within a few days (sometime hours or minutes). No tricks, we promise to solve your problem. Regardless if you have a jQuery problem or if the translation does not work – we are there for you!

What if I cannot get the product to work?
First of all, check whether you activated it the right way. Then study the installation guidelines on the product page. Every step in the installation guideline is necessary! Check the minimum requirements twice (Use the PHPINFO() function on your web server). If the product still does not work after you have followed all guidelines, try to deactivate all other extensions one by one to find the one causing the problem. In rare cases another extension can cause a faulty behavior. Once you found the evildoer, we recommend you to replace it by a similar, more stable one, contact the vendor and/or report us the bug on our support area.
Where can I register?
Just buy something. You will get an user account fully automatically in no time You can change your username and password at any time later. A manually registration is not necessary.
Why did I get a new account after buying a product?
This happens if you were not logged in to your existing customer account while your purchase and your primary PayPal email address has changed since the last time you bought a product. If you have changed your PayPal email address make sure you are logged in to your customer account before buying another (or the same) product (again).
I bought something. Where can I download it?
We sent your account credentials to your primary PayPal email address instantly after your purchase. If you did not receive an email please triple check your spam folder! If your email provider uses “grey listing” the email could need up to 60 minutes to arrive. Log in to your customer account with your access data and download your product from the “Your purchases” section.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We use PayPal as payment provider – the market leader in online payments. Usually PayPal accepts credit card, debit card and direct debit. Of course Paypal is free for you as purchaser and it is not necessary to create an account to pay with it. Please do not ask us for other payment methods, we offer the ones on the website only, sorry.
