Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the my WordPress extensions, I am not able to control the activation or deactivation of a license remotely. In this case, it is not possible to “return” the software and ensure that the license is no longer used. Therefore, I generally do not provide refunds as a safeguard to prevent unauthorized use of licenses. This is a similar policy to many other non-activated software products.

• Before using my WordPress Plugins you can try them out via your own hosted demo site and the free lite version!
• Advanced customization does require some coding – buy the support package if you are not a code wrangler on your own!
• You can also review the usage documentation for details on WordPress extension installation and customization!
• Follow the installation guidelines on the product page.
• Refund requests will generally be rejected.
